Superintendent to Hold Informal Events with the Community

The event gives community members a chance to ask questions.

Brecksville-Broadview Heights Superintendent Scot Prebles will be meeting with community members for conversation--and maybe a cup of coffee--on Sept. 15 at . 

According to the district’s website, the "Coffee with the Superintendent" event will be a regular occurrence this year. The time and location will vary, and each month’s event will be posted on the district’s website by the first of the month. 

Cathy Harbinak, the coordinator of community relations for the district, said in an email that the event will be informal and won’t have an agenda. It’s just an opportunity for people to meet the superintendent and ask questions. Harbinak said Prebles held similar events in his former district.

Prebles mentioned wanting to hold regular events with the community , when he discussed the district’s goals for the school year.

The first event will begin at 9 a.m. on Sept. 15.
