Whiz Kids: The '100% Club' at the Cuyahoga Valley Career Center

For this week’s Whiz Kids, we’d like to recognize the 42 students at the who had perfect attendance in the second quarter of the 2010-2011 academic year. The school calls these students the “100% Club” and gives away prizes to some lucky students.

But we think they’re all Whiz Kids!

Key to Awesomeness: These students didn't miss a day of school in the second quarter. 

We really like highlighting the children in the city who are doing awesome things that go unnoticed, but we can’t do that without your help. Whether you’re a teacher, a parent or a next-door neighbor, you know when local students are going the extra mile. Maybe they shovel neighbors’ driveways every time it snows or raise money for nearby charities. Maybe they’re stellar in school or super dedicated in extracurricular activities. Whatever the accomplishment, we want to know about it.
