Sleepy Hollow Hosting the Greater Cleveland Amateur Championship
The golf event of the year in Brecksville taking place Aug. 9 through Aug. 11.
The Cleveland Metroparks golf event of the summer is under way, and it’s making a stop in Brecksville for the Greater Cleveland Amateur Championship, from Aug. 9 through Aug. 11.
The event will take place at the Sleepy Hollow golf course on Brecksville Road.
Nick Paladino is the defending champion.

All players who finish in the top-10 of the Spring and Fall Tour events will earn Player of the Year points. Individual medal play events will award the most points, according to a recent post in neohgolf.com.
Earlier this summer, Brecksville's Sleepy Hollow Golf Course, as well as the Cleveland Metroparks' other golf courses, received a nod in the Golf Channel's website magazine this week.
