Five Things You Should Know About in Brecksville This Week

There's plenty happening of things happening around town this week. Here's the scoop.

Here are some of the events and happenings around town this week that you might not want to miss. 

  1. City council is slated to meet at Brecksville City Hall at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
  2. The Brecksville Planning Commission meeting is set for 7 p.m. Thursday at city hall.
  3. Losing some weight: TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) OH 2114 Brecksville is hosting its weekly Tuesday meeting at 5:45 p.m. at the Chippewa Place, activity room, located at 7005 Stadium Drive, Brecksville, OH. 
  4. The Western Reserve Quilter's Anonymous quilt guild — whose members made the bicentennial quilt for the city of Brecksville — will be displaying quilts and quilted items made by guild members at a show on Friday and Saturday, September 20 and 21, 2013, from 10 am to 4 pm each day. The event is slated to take place at the Brecksville United Church of Christ.
  5. Natural gas, electricity meeting: Each year, the city of Brecksville hosts an informational meeting to keep residents in the loop about natural gas and electricity prices. The meeting is slated to take place at the Human Services Center at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 18.
