My wife and I had an excellent meal at Seared earlier this week. The service was great….efficient and polite but not pushy. Our meals were perfectly prepared as was the presentation. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the owners had maintained the “history” of the building but also removed most of the objections I had of the previous restaurants. My only complaint was that the bar had run out of all Pale Ales……the business was obviously much greater than expected. We will be making a return visit in the very near future.
