The warmer weather will be accompanied by rain, though, starting on Thursday and continuing off and on through Sunday, the forecast says. After that, back to reality. AccuWeather is saying an Arctic blast will roll through the country at the end of next week, plunging temperatures into single digits for a few days as it moves eastward across the U.S.
