When President Barack Obama makes his inaugural address on Monday, there will be at least two members of the Brecksville-Broadview Heights community in attendance. High school teacher Sean Brennan and middle school teacher Mike McNamara left for Washington D.C. on Saturday with Brennan’s brother-in-law. Both teachers have attended Presidential Inaugurations before—McNamara in 2009 and Brennan in 2009, 2005 and 2001—but they’re still excited. Both teachers enjoy using experiences like this in their lessons. McNamara is even live-Tweeting his trip so students can follow along.
