Crafty Scam Nets Thief Cases of Beer A man has hit two Giant Eagle stores in Fairlawn with a scam that allowed him to walk out with multiple cases of free beer. According to the report, the man identified himself to the manager as a Tramonte Distributing employee who had come to inventory the shelves for outdated beer. He went into the cooler and loaded six cases of Miller Lite, plus a six-pack of Miller Lite, into a shopping cart, then wheeled it out to his car and left. That's not in the job description- A State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) told Cuyahoga Falls police she was solicited for sex while giving hospice care to a person living in the 2800 block of Cedar Hill Road. The incidents occurred between Sept. 1, 2012, and March 18. The Crossroads Hospice worker reported that a man offered her money in return for sexual intercourse when she was providing hospice care to a patient at the patient's residence. She told police she was unsure whether she'd like to prosecute. …

A video worth fighting for - A very private matter between a Twinsburg couple got interesting after it led to a call to police to break up a domestic dispute, according to Twinsburg police. On Dec. 27, officers went to an apartment to break up a boyfriend and girlfriend who were arguing over a sex tape, according to the police report.
