Kaye Spector is an award-winning journalist who has worked as a reporter and editor in Northeast Ohio for more than 20 years, most recently at the Plain Dealer.

She has reported on health and medicine, tech, local governments, crime, suburban life and disability issues. 

Kaye joined Patch in December 2010 as an associate regional editor. She manages a group of Patch local editors based in eastern Cuyahoga, Lake, Summit, Portage and Stark counties.

Kaye recently received her master's degree in journalism from Kent State University.
