750ml Wine Bar Construction On Target To Open By August

It looks as if the new wine bar, 750ml, in downtown Brecksville is on schedule to open its doors in August.

Current occupant Burns Financial Centre is expected move into the newly renovated space next door.

A construction worker told Brecksville Patch that both demolition and construction are right on schedule.

It will be the second location for 750ml, an Akron-based wine bar.

“(750ml) is the first wine bar of it's kind in Northeast Ohio to open a second location,” according to a news release.

“A charming down town district, beautiful suburban neighborhoods, and that natural sense of community is what made Brecksville the perfect second location for ‘seven fifty.’”

The wine bar is expected to offer high-quality wine — “without the stuffiness” — as well as upscale small plates.

The build-out of the space is expected to take a couple months.

The original location, opened in 2008, is situated in the Pilgrim Square neighborhood of West Akron.

In addition to its wine list, 750ml is also a boutique, with enough space to host small events.

“750ml makes drinking wine an experience,” according to the news release.
